What are Check in & Check out times?
Check in begins at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM

Do you allow smoking on the property or in rooms?
Our Hotel property is entirely Non-Smoking

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 7 day cancellation policy.

Do you allow pets?
Sorry, we do not allow pets of any type on the property.

How much do you charge for Internet?
We offer free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel including the beach.

What is the parking situation?
A few guests have encountered difficulties with the parking. The team of architects conducting the renovation is working on the new parking layout. Nevertheless, the hotel guarantees one FREE parking space per room, and, if available, can accommodate an extra vehicle for $10.00 per day. We do not have a space assigned to each room, however, at check in the staff will suggest a parking space for you based on your type of vehicle. Nearby public parking is available for additional vehicles.

Is parking free?
Yes, again, for one car per room. We wish to remain with the one car complimentary parking and not have to charge for valet parking like other beachfront hotels do. Again, an additional vehicle may be allowed, space permitting, for $10.00 per day.

Do you have a pool?
Yes, an oceanfront pool which is heated seasonally. The hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Are you beach front?
Yes, you can walk from our property directly to the beach, there are no streets to cross.

How much do you charge for the beach chaise lounges, umbrellas, tables, and beach towels?
Our amenities on the beach are complimentary for the exclusive use of our guests and are available from 9 am - 5 pm. We will allow residents of neighboring condos to rent chairs for $20.00 per day. We do not offer our amenities to guests of other hotels.

Do you have fishing carts?
Yes, they are complimentary for the use of our guests.

Do you have barbecue grills?
Yes, we have two complimentary gas barbecue grills for the use of our guests.

Do your rooms have kitchens?
Yes, we have fully equipped kitchens in all of our studio, apartment, and suite units. Dish washing may be requested as part of the daily housekeeping for a $25.00 daily fee.

Do you recycle?
Yes, and we encourage our guests to recycle. Bin location is available to our guests at check in.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
The minimum age requirement to check in is 21.

Is my ID/Passport required to check into my room?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
All major credit cards are accepted and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you have breakfast?
Yes we are serving a Grab - N - Go continental Breakfast

Do you provide coffee?
Yes, we have free coffee, tea bags and fruit in the lobby. We also have coffee and tea in the rooms. The current trend is to have high quality coffee available in a cafe on the property. We are currently renovating the lobby to include a small cafe with continental breakfast and high quality coffee.

Is the Hotel doing a renovation?
Yes, we will be undergoing a major renovation. Absolutely everything is going to be renovated. Noise has not been a problem with our guest.

Do you have an elevator?
We do not have an elevator. Please let us know if you need assistance with your luggage at check in and check out.

What is free at the hotel?
Parking for one car; high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property including the beach; HDTV with HBO; beach lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas and tables; barbecue grills; coffee, tea bags & fruit in the lobby; telephone calls; fishing carts; 2 bottles of water in your room daily; and, of course, a warm welcome.
